Different types
a) The two lower rolls move separately horizontally, while the upper rolls move up and down vertically.
b) The two lower rolls move as a whole horizontally, while the upper rolls move up and down vertically.
c) The two lower rolls' relative position maintains the same, while the upper rolls move up and down vertically.
Feature
1. Both ends of the rolls of the plate bending roll come with rolling bearings, which feature with low friction coefficient, low reactive power loss, and energy saving property.
2. The movement of the upper rolls and lower rolls are controlled by computer which can level the rolls automatically. A digital display is available, and the synchronization precision is ±0.2mm. So the plate bending is both precise and convenient.
3. A high speed PLC system is used as the control system of the plate bending roll. This kind of system features with great man-machine interaction experience, fault self-diagnosing system, mis-operation detecting system, machine monitoring system, logical processing, power off memory function.
4. High precision movement sensors are used to monitor and control the position of all the moving rolls.
5. The connection fittings of the hydraulic pipelines in the plate bending roll are advanced quick couplers which are usually used in the metallurgy and mining industries. This kind of coupler has reliable radial direction sealing performance, ensuring the hydraulic system won't leak during the machine's working.
6. The hydraulic system comes with filters for the oil absorbing and returning systems, ensuring the removal of the contaminations in the system. An air filter device is also available for guaranteeing the normal air circulation and moisture vaporization of the oil cylinder. A double-line protection device is designed in the system to enhance the safety degree of the plate bending roll.
7. At the ends of the upper rolls, a balancing device is mounted to keep the upper rolls balance when the overturning bearings are turning, so you can easily take out the cylinder shaped workpiece.
8. The one-piece pedestal of our plate bending roll has high rigidity, and is easy to be lifted and installed. The main frame and the pedestal come with a welding structure, and treated with annealing aging treatment. Thus the internal stress can be greatly reduced, and the rolling precision can be enhanced.
