1. Features

2. Performance of Machine and Structure Overview

(1) This single action hydraulic press is composed of slider block, upper separator, workhead, cylinder, stand post, electric system, hydraulic power system, etc. Surface of posts is conducted chromate finish after mid frequency induction hardening.
(2) Surface of the piston rod is dealt with mid frequency hardening. This makes its hardness up to HRC38-42 to extend its service life.
(3) Sealing elements of oil cylinder adopt imported materials to ensure reliable sealing.

3. Hydraulic System

(1) Hydraulic system adopts plug-in mounting integrated system with advantages of reliable work, sensitive motion, etc.
(2) Oil hydraulic pump consists of fuel tank, electromotor, high-pressure pump and cartridge valve, etc. Fuel tank is welded by steel plate. Oil filter is designed to ensure the cleanliness of oil and guarantee the service life of oil pump and valve.
(3) Hydraulic system with reliable seal ensures no leakage. Its main pipelines adopt flanged joint and are equipped with quakeproof devices.

4. Electrical Apparatus Control System

(1) Our single action hydraulic machine is equipped with independent electric appliance cabinet. Air switch relay is installed in the cabinet.
(2) Various alarm signals of press, limit switch and press action can realize easy and safe control.
(3) This single action hydraulic press is also designed with centralized control panel, where necessary buttons and switches are set.

5. Operating Modes

(1) This single action hydraulic machine is designed with two operating modes: inching and semi-automatic.
(2) Stroke of slider block is adjusted by stroke control device.

6. Safety Protection

(1) Once press the scram button, the press will stop immediately.
(2) Limit switch for slider block is equipped.

7. Work Environment

Power supply: three phase 380V (±5%), 50HZ; operating temperature: 0-40°C.
