Four-post Hydraulic Press

Description

1. Our four-post hydraulic press is suitable for automatic operations of punching, forming, bending, straightening and pressing.
2. Enclosed drive offers easy accessible to maintenance, eliminating exposure of hanging parts.
3. Variable displacement piston pump is designed to offer high pressure resistance, long durability as well as low noise.
4. The hydraulic piping system of our four-post hydraulic machine is imported from overseas, and it uses integrated circuits to reduce oil leaks and keep maintenance easy.
5. Our four-post hydraulic machine is designed with a safety interlock and a protective fence to ensure safe operation.
6. Front side is designed with safety switches, Type 4 safety light curtains and foot pedal conform to standards of CE regulation.
7. This four-post hydraulic press can realize three operation modes: adjustable, manual and semi-automatic modes.
8. PLC control is flexible and safe. Adjustable proximity switches allow stroke adjustments in seconds.
