Hydraulic press brakes are designed and developed through our years of experience in sheet metal machineries. CWCinders are mounted at the back side of press brake and are synchronized for parallelism between the ram and the table, by providing mechanical links connected with cWCinder. The heavy-duty steel structure is so engineered to absorb heavy shocks of overload. All welding edges are properly machined for weld joint. The electric control panel is fixed on the side wall at convenient place for easy reach of operator. Standard "V” block, "V” punch and manually-operated back gauge system are supplied as standard accessories. Hydraulic components are offered by reputed suppliers like Rexroth, Yiken, Dowty, Polyhydron, etc.

Simple & Flexible Controls

: Use either a 3-position fully guarded foot switch or a convenient multi-switch control panel.

Accuracy

: Every machine is thoroughly inspected and tested. Parallelism is maintained between the table and the ram, or at a preset angle, by using precise automatic leveling controls. Micrometer adjustment on the control end allows for tilting or paralleling of the ram. A control monitors the actual distance between ram and bed, assuring repeatability independent of die wear or end plate deflection.

Versatility

: Our hydraulic bending machines have long, full tonnage stroke; selectable speed and adjustable length; adjustable height for short stroke.

Maintenance

: Clevis-mounted cylinders eliminate cylinder binding, reducing the possibility of oil leaks. Bushings and pins will not rotate under load, resulting in much less wear than competitive products. The manifold assembly saves space and makes it convenient to replace the components.

Convenient Settings

: Readout of our hydraulic plate bender reads in increments of 0.001 inch allows recorded settings of closed heights.

Notes

1. Proper operation in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions;
2. Keep the hydraulic press brake clean all the time, and add anti-corrosive grease to move parts regularly;
3. Before starting the hydraulic bending machine, lubricate it each time, and the lubricant should be free of foreign substances.
4. Make sure that the triangle belt, hand shank and buttons are in optimum operating situation. Check if the electrical parts can work in a safe and reliable way.
5. Well-trained personnel are responsible for operating the hydraulic plate bender to avoid breaking it or giving rise to any accident.
