Description

Our stainless steel mechanical punch press is used for cutting, punching, blanking, bending and stretching metal plates.

Advantages

1. Transmission control and brake systems

(1) By using friction clutch and semi-metallic friction material SMFM-88, pollution is reduced and the service life of mechanical punch press can be extended. With spin transfer torques, rotational inertia is reduced. This ensures flexible operation as well as convenient installation and maintenance.
(2) Double safety valve is utilized to ensure the accurate operation of clutch.
(3) 8 groups of PLC control assure reliable action.
(4) 8 groups of proximity switches help reliable synchronization detection and monitoring.
(5) Manual button and foot pedals are both designed to realize continuous operation.
(6) The ram of the mechanical punching machine can move up slowly, which allows the operator to control mold adjustment conveniently.

2. Ram adjustment and structure

(1) Slide stroke can be adjusted to achieve a certain level within the specified range. The whole machine adopts steel plate welded structure to facilitate operation and maintenance.
(2) Pressure overload protection device is installed. This can protect the mechanical punch press from damage.

3. Electrical system and safety interlock

(1) Electrical components are either imported or purchased from Sino-foreign joint venture. These components comply with international standards, and feature reliable and safe performance, long service life and excellent anti-interference capability.
(2) Protective fence and the safety interlock are designed to ensure safe operation.
(3) Our mechanical punching machine has been certified by CE and ISO quality system.
