CNC Press Brake

Description

CNC press brake is an electro-hydraulic synchronized double-cylinder CNC bending machine. Its bending principle is similar to the angle forming principle of common bending machinery. This CNC plate bender can bend various workpieces according to different angles of molds. The CNC system controls the electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve. CNC bending machine can realize full closed-loop digital control through the grating feedback. CNC press brake can simply be referred to as a bending machine that controls positioning system, bending depth and automatic compensation for workbench deformation through CNC system. We also provide hydraulic press brake and tandem press brake.

5. The lower workbench adopts deflection compensation cylinder, and the upper mold is equipped with deflection compensation agency.
6. Slide stroke and back gauge are controlled by computer. The back gauge adopts rolling guide and ball screw with high repeat accuracy.

2. An easy-to-use control reduces the required skill of operator. Machine adjustment is reduced to a minimum because of the quick and easy-to-use bend sequence determination tool.
3. In the production mode, the operator can graphically simulate the bend process of the product guiding him during the operation of CNC bending machine.
4. Inverter controlled servo motors are designed for all main moving components like the ram and back gauge.
5. HE offer both manual and automatic position control systems. The manual system is equipped with single point adjustment and position readout. The automatic CNC control system calculates the position and setting from normal program information and sets them via the CNC.

Notes

1. Proper operation in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions;
2. Keep the CNC press brake clean all the time, and add anti-corrosive grease to move parts regularly;
3. Before starting the CNC bending machine, lubricate it each time, and the lubricant should be free of foreign substances.
4. Make sure that the triangle belt, hand shank and buttons are in optimum operating situation. Check if the electrical parts can work in a safe and reliable way.
5. Well-trained personnel are responsible for operating the hydraulic plate bender to avoid breaking it or giving rise to any accident.
6. Lubrication and careful inspection play significant roles in the maintenance of CNC plate bender.
