Six-high Leveler

Description

This six-high leveler, also known as six-high straightening machine, is an upgraded model of the four-high leveler. The installation of intermediate rolls between the upper/lower work rolls and the backup rolls constitutes the six-high leveler structure. The backup rolls have to act directly on intermediate rolls to bend the work rolls, so it’s difficult to correct poor shape, but it does prevent stripping or marking the top and bottom of surface-critical materials.

1. The long carrier roll along with multiple sets of backup rolls constitutes the six-high leveler structure.
2. A gap-removing device is designed for this six-high roll leveling machine.
3. The work rolls and carrier roll can process precise grinding, hard chrome plating and precise polishing.
4. Our six-high straightening machine works with low noise and smooth transmission. The surface of the leveled plate features excellent quality.
5. The heat treatment process and the structure of this six-high leveler are all similar to the four-high lever.
6. Work rolls and carrier roll are made of GCr15, 9CrSi or 9Cr2Mo.
7. The universal joint shaft of this six-high leveling machine is made up of alloy steel materials.
