1. The driving system is composed by world class components-Japanese digital AC servo motor and Germany high precision planet gear reducer. So this machine can work quite stably. The speed range is as wide as 0-10m/min, while the acceleration can be quite high (0-1.2m/min). The acceleration process can be finished instantaneously.
2. The CNC control system of the portable CNC cutting machine is from American Hypertherm. With the help of PLC which is an input and output controller, this CNC system features with excellent stability and super anti-interference property.
3. The lifting part use alloy aluminum for its structure, and imported linear guide rail for its elevating rail. The ball screw is adopted as the transmission part for the lifting motion.
