Symmetrical plate rolling machine, also known as symmetrical roll bending machine, is typically a three roll symmetrical rolling machine. The top roll locates in the central symmetric position over the two bottom or lower rolls. This top roll can move vertically to adapt to different radius and pressure requirements. There is a fixed distance between the two bottom rolls. They are arranged symmetrically compared to the top roll. Our symmetrical roll bending machine features compact structure, convenient operation and easy maintenance. It is primarily applied to roll drums or barrels with larger diameter. Symmetrical plate rolling machine needs no auxiliary bending equipment, and as its low cost, it is extensively utilized in the market.

Working surfaces of rolls are CNC induction hardened to 58 RC with hardness tests carried out at different points on the rolls.
