Four-high Leveler

Description
Four-high leveler is a cold-rolled leveling device for sheet metals and strip plates. The four-high roll leveling machine can be either used alone, or used together with various rolling machines and uncoiling machines to constitute a main production line. Four-high straightening machine can be applied to shipbuilding, metallurgy, metal structure, boiler, machinery manufacturing and other industries. This four-high straightening machine adopts framework structure with its movable mold beam moving up and down and two rows of work rolls as the main roll. It is operated through mechanical transmission and electrical control. A four-high leveler has no intermediate rolls, so the backup rolls act directly on work rolls, simplifying roll bending and shape correction. This four-high roll leveling machine works best for leveling, but it may mark or strip the top and bottom of surface-critical materials.

Features

Four-high leveler may have 11, 13, 15, 17, 19 rolls, but a six-high roll leveling machine may have 17 or 19 rolls.

Note

Users should have an understanding of the maintenance of four-high leveler, which includes the following aspects:
1. Place grease where there are grease fittings once a month. This can be beneficial to the bearing’s lubrication.
2. Pay attention to the cleaning of roller surface. Welding slag, short sheet metal or other things are prohibited from falling into the gap between rollers, so as to avoid damaging the work rolls of this four-high roll leveling machine.
3. After using the machine for a long time, please check if there are loose screw nuts. If so, use wrench to screw them tightly.
