Hydraulic Section Bending Roll

The hydraulic section bending roll is a powerful section bending machine. It can pre-bend the ends of the section material. It only needs to feed the material once for pre-bending the ends and the bending and forming of the workpiece.

All the three rolls of this piece of hydraulic bending equipment are driven by the main driving shaft. The upper roll is well fixed, while the lower rolls move up and down along a certain curve. The hydraulic transmission mechanism is used for the main rolls' rotation and up-and-down movements, while a screen is available on our hydraulic section bending roll for indicating the vertical movement distance.

It is quite simple to retrieve the workpiece that has been rolled. An independent portable controller is designed to make the manual operation more convenient. Besides, as a practical section rolling machine, it also features with easy repairing, high precision and small straight flange.
