Hydraulic Swing Beam Shear

The steel plate welding structure is used for our hydraulic swing beam shear, while the main body of the machine adopts one-piece steel plate welding structure. Thus this hydraulic shear features with high strength, rigidity, and excellent anti-vibration performance. The rust on the whole frame is removed by sanding machine, then the surface is coated with antirust paint.

This kind of mechanical shearing machine can cut metal sheets of 6-40mm in thickness. It can work for a long time continuously. The maintenance cost and operational cost are extremely low, while the whole cutting process is environmentally friendly and flexible. Our hydraulic swing beam shear is mainly used for cutting Q235 type steel plate, and stainless steel plate.

Feature

1. The hydraulic transmission mechanism, energy accumulator and hydraulic manifold block are used, so the connecting pipes are greatly reduced, while the system is very reliable and easy to be repaired.

2. The fitting surface for the blade in the upper blade rest is in spiral shape, which can ensure the evenness of gap between blades during the shearing process, and the great cutting faces. The fulcrum shaft can support the upper blade rest during the up and down swing process. The eccentric mechanism can rapidly adjust the gap between blades, thus the shearing precision can be greatly enhanced.

3. The upper blade of the hydraulic swing beam shear is in rhombus shape, while the lower blade is rectangular. The 9CrSi material is used to acquire excellent toughness and long service life. A handle is available for the adjustment of the gap between blades.

4. The hydraulic guillotine shear comes with a guarding fence to lower the operational risk. The moving distance of the knife rest can be adjusted in a stepless way, so the narrow material can be cut more effectively. A light alignment device is adopted to ensure the linear shearing. A dial is mounted to indicate the gap width, so that you can make the adjustment rapidly and precisely.

5. A light alignment device is adopted for our swing beam shearer. The alignment performance is quite desirable. A motor driven mechanical rear baffle is available and the manual fine adjustment is acceptable. There is a digital display in the hydraulic swing beam shear to indicate the baffle's size.

6. The rolling mechanism is available on the machining table of our hydraulic swing beam shear, so that the sheet metal scratching risk can be greatly lowered, and the frictional resistance is also reduced.

7. The rear baffle is driven by a special gear transmission mechanism, and a auto-avoiding property is also available. Technical parameter
