This uncoiling, leveling and cutting line (thin plate) is a professional thin metal processing machine aiming at materials like cold-rolled carbon steel coil, stainless steel plate coil and nonferrous metal plate coil, to get smaller metal plates. With the addition of a six-fold roller type leveling machine, this machine can be used for leveling and cutting metal plates which have higher leveling requirements.
According to customer's requirements, our uncoiling, leveling and cutting line can come with different configurations. Specifically, the leveling equipment can come in a combination of preliminary leveling machine and precise leveling machine. The material feeding mechanism of the sheet metal cutter for the fixing length cutting can adopt regular mechanical device, digital frequency conversion technology, or AC servo technology. Working with matching forming machine, this uncoiling, leveling and cutting line can do even more works.
