Notes to be taken when using manual guillotine shear:
Only available for cold and hot-rolled steel sheets and aluminum plate with thickness less than 2mm;
The machine should maintain clean and anti-rust grease should be added to sliding parts. Blade edge should be kept sharp, or it should be exchanged for sharp ones.
When cutting sheet metal with different thickness, gap between up and bottom blade should be adjusted and the adjustment ratio is 1:0.03. If the sheet is 1mm in thickness, the adjustment gap will be 0.03mm.
