Features
1. The pressure, stroke distance, pressure keeping time, closing height are all adjustable according to your needs.
2. The body structure of the single column hydraulic press is designed to be compact and firm, so it can produce limited vibration and noise during the operation. Besides, the space needed for installation is quite small.
3. The hydraulic system is served by a double-pump oil supplying mechanism, and a high flow rate cartridge valve is adopted. At the oil inlet of the pumps, an oil filter is used to remove the contaminations, making sure the oil pipe won't be jammed. An oil indicator is available to show the oil temperature and level, and an air filtering device is also designed in the hydraulic system of the single column hydraulic press. The oil tank comes with a steel plate welded structure. A cleaning window is on the side wall, while the bottom comes with a plug screw for oil drainage and sewage drainage.
