NC Hydraulic Press Brake

NC hydraulic press brake comes with a steel welded structure, with stress eliminated via vibratory stress relief processing. It is mainly composed of left and right wall boards, working table, oil tank, slot steel, etc. It features high operation accuracy and high strength and can be transported easily.

Hydraulic system

The NC hydraulic press brake adopts integrated hydraulic control system to ensure high reliability and easy maintenance. The hydraulic system is mainly made up of the motor, oil pump and valve groups, and it is installed at the top of the oil tank.
The advantages of this hydraulic bending machine are: 1. it assures that the cylinder is always full of oil when the sliding block is moving down at high speed; 2. it saves energy as the oil filling valve can guarantee the sliding block movement speed. Every complete working cycle can be achieved through the control of hydraulic valve. The remote adjustment valve can adjust the working pressure at the right side of the wall board.
The main sealing components of the cylinder are imported products (Japanese brand).

Synchro control system

NC hydraulic press brake adopts steel torsion bar synchro system with very simple structure but very high accuracy. The 2 synchro folks are available to ensure the sliding block moves in parallel with the working table. This structure highlights a balanced movement effect during operation. Upper die compensation is used to improve the brake precision.

NC System

With different control systems, the hydraulic bending machine supports programmed control on the stroke of back gauge and sliding block. Depending on the control system, the back gauge system may be optionally equipped with ball screw, linear guide rail, and servo control system. The bending angle programming is also available.

Adopting the latest electronic technologies, it offers a complete solution to control the sliding block and back gauge movements, and also offers flexible input and output configurations. NC hydraulic press brake is characterized by digital control on variables. Programming of multi-stage work piece can be recorded for repeated use. It saves labor cost and processing time.
