Applications

Our hydraulic 4-roller metal plate rolling machine can be used to roll cylindrical, conical, or square workpiece.

Work Principle

The metal plate rolling machine comes with four rollers with the upper roller providing the main drive. As well as being driven by both the upper and lower rollers, the machine can do so via the hydraulic motor which provides the torque required to roll the plates. Powered by the hydraulic oil acting on the piston, the lower roller does up and down movement in a vertical plane. This process enables the lower roller to clamp the plate tightly. On both sides of the lower roller there are hydraulic-powered side rollers that perform linear motion along the guide rails. One of the advantages of this machine is that it can do rolling and pre-bending even when roller has reached the end of the plate.
