Electro Hydraulic CNC Press Brake

The one-piece structure of the electro hydraulic CNC press brake ensures the good rigidity and high precision of the machine. Its electro-hydraulic CNC system is provided by Germany Bosch-Rexroth and Hoergigier Company. The bite-type fittings are purchased from the America Parker Company.

Seamless steel pipes are able to withstand high temperatures, which eliminates oil leakage, improves the operational stability, creates a clean, attractive appearance, and enables easier, more convenient maintenance.

During the bending process, the moveable ram can slide up and down via the control of servo valve. The ram is equipped with advanced grating ruler. Thanks to the ruler, the machine can achieve exceptional bending and positioning precision as well as high synchronization between the left and right cylinders.

In order to compensate for the deflection during press, a crowning system is installed on the press brake. It comes in two types: mechanical or hydraulic type. Controlled and programmed by the controller, the system enables the machine to have the chance of installing at least three axes including X-, Y1-, and Y2-axes according to the customers' requirements.

Features

1. The hydraulic system of the press brake adopts Germany Rexroth closed-loop control.
2. The grating ruler can check the balance and evenness of the Y1- and Y2-axes. It detects the position of two cylinders and sends the data to CNC system. Through the CNC system control of the proportional valve, the two cylinders can achieve synchronization.
3. The machine is also equipped with the ball screw, linear guide and synchronous belt. It delivers higher precision than the torsion bar CNC type.
4. The standard controller is the Italy ESA S525, S530, and S540 type or Holland Delem DA52, DA56, and DA65W. The controller provides stable performance, optimized function, and first-class global after-sale service.

Package The standard packing material is plastic film. The product also can be packed in a wooden box. If that is the case, customer will have to cover some cost.

Remark

Prior to delivery, effective measures will be taken to prevent rust. In order to facilitate a quick unloading, the angle bar will be mounted onto the bottom of the machine.
