Hydraulic Machine

Description
A hydraulic machine is a device that uses a hydraulic cylinder to generate a compressive force. The hydraulic press relies on Pascal’s principle: the pressure throughout a closed system is constant. One part of this closed system is a piston acting as a pump, with an appropriate mechanical force acting on a small cross-sectional area; the other part is a piston with a larger area, generating a correspondingly large mechanical force. Only small-diameter tubing (which resists pressure more easily) is required if the pump is separated from the press cylinder.

Features
1. Three-beam and four-post structure. Three beams are welded with tempering treatment.
2. A hydraulic system that integrates cartridge valve to extend the service life of hydraulic machine and reduce leakage.
3. The hydraulic system is designed with pre-release device to reduce impact of hydraulic force.
4. Our hydraulic press has set adjusting and semi-auto models to choose from.
5. Single-constant stroke and pressure function can be realized.
6. Light curtain and displacement sensor are equipped with this hydraulic machine. Digital display of stroke and pressure is designed. Speed can be adjusted.

Application
Hydraulic presses are generally utilized for forging, molding, clinching, punching, blanking, deep drawing and metal forming operations.
